Mother's Arms © Mirabilia is done!! I probably started her about 10 years ago and she was finished except for the kreiniks and beads.... I decided she must get done. She is also my 10th Mirabilia finish for the this year. It truly was the year of Mirabilia's !!! I did make a few changes first I switched the kreinik blending filament to #4 braid then instead of beads around the border I just used the #8 braid……I just imagined not being able to keep the beads perfectly straight. The petite beads remained the same. It took me approximately 5 days to bead her but the finish is oh so worth it. I added moon charm and 6 blue star charms from my stash. I hope you like her as much as I do. I truly am in love with her!!!

A post before bed
This makes my 11th Mirabilia finish this year presenting Emerald Mermaid © Mirabilia on Under the Sea Blush and Bashful 32 ct opalescent linen. With the help of my LNS owner we converted her to a red head..... I'm in love with her and that pink fabric is perfect.

A pleasure
I had the honor and pleasure to stitch an RR for my friend Nikki from South Africa !! As it was a Mirabilia themed RR it became my 12th Mirabilia finish !! Yes I said 12 finishes. In a later post I'll list them all!!! I stitched September Sapphire Fairy in my box of the RR....

Lucky number 13....
Here is my 13th Mirabilia/Nora finish for this year I started her in November 30th and finished her tonight December 15th. Wow even for me that's quick. She was a pleasure to stitch. Thank you Nora

Fairy Idyll
So I started Fairy Idyll © Mirabilia...she was supposed to be my Jan 1st start but I cheated and started her a bit earlier .... Here she is so far and she's on 32ct PTPlus Sprite. I started in the center which is rare for me but she's on 1/2 yard of material so it just made sense.

Amazing
I have been rather mildly obsessed with Fairy Idyll ©Mirabilia ... She may have made me a one at a time stitcher. Others have been calling but she got a tight grip on me ... The first picture is of the stone face on the left side I almost never back stitch as I go but her face was calling to be outlined. Pure beauty plain and simple. Thank you Nora for such an amazing design. I feel privileged to stitch her !!!!!

So close
Fairy Idyll is just coming along beautifully .... And I haven't stitched on anything else since the end of December. But on Sunday that will change as I have not one but 2 new starts... Now to just decide what I'm bringing to the Mirabilia Minions Retreat in April...... Hmmm

It's been a while...
It's been quite a while since my last post... Since then I have 2 waiting on back stitching and beads ... Fairy Idyll and Undine!! And 3 that I'm currently stitching Cassiopeia , Queen Mariposa and Moonlight Laguna Mermaid ..... Although Mariposa is living up to her queenliness and monopolizing my time and I don't mind a bit.... Here they are in no particular order ....

And I've made another decision Sunday is going to be Mirabilia wip day starting with Fairy Moon of course after my mil returns to NY.....
age 90 and 80 respectively !! It's been a rough time between hospital for a bilateral pulmonary embolism then rehab then a fall resulting in a broken wrist. We have 12 hour care for her as well...... I love my mother in law but can't seem to bead while she's here. So I shall bead in a week when she returns to NY.
And I've made another decision Sunday is going to be Mirabilia wip day starting with Fairy Moon of course after my mil returns to NY.....Thanks for reading my blog!!! I hope not to be gone so long in the future!!

A finish finally.
Undine mermaid © Mirabilia is done with some minor changes....she insisted on being a redhead so with the help of my LNS shop owner she is. And the bugle beads in her tail were out and "strung" beads were in. Thank you again Nora!!! Now just three more to bead Fairy idyll is up next !!!!

Two days

Fairy Idyll is finished
